Cringe-inducing -- and yet so true. Many marketers, and agencies, still don&#039;t get it. 

Relationship building, engagement and two-way dialog aren&#039;t just buzzwords -- to succeed in the future companies and agencies need to take these concepts to heart. They need to focus on the customer -- not on doing &quot;cool&quot; things to win awards.

Congrats on the new blog -- keep the valued perspective coming!
